Unfortunately the room did not feel like a premium room. The room was at the back of the building above the kitchen extraction fans and there was noise from these constantly. Some of the room/bathroom looked rather tired and could do with a paint job. We enquired the room standard and were told it was a premium due to the size of the bed (I’m afraid that alone doesn’t make a room premium) and were asked how many nights we were staying for to then be told they were fully booked, indicating that a move was not possible. Shouting from the room across the corridor late at night but staff did appear to respond to this. Location was good for us with a short walk to main areas. Overall pretty average for a not very average price.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Rooms are comfortable. Location between Theater District and British Museum is wonderful and walkable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Given all this, price is reasonable.

The location is great with easy access to attractions in central London. While the room was comfortable, it is in need of an update: the television turns off on its own and window blinds not closing fully. There is always a short queue during check in and check out. Breakfast buffet is very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is extremely worn and tired, a far cry from the typical European Radisson. They use an overpowering air freshener, which is quite off-putting. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, and there was a damp smell in the room. It took over an hour at reception to find any kind of solution. The breakfast was relatively standard Radisson Blu fare, with a decent variety.
