The room was quiet tired, both the toilet and the sink were cracked, and the shower door was difficult to use - it made an awful screeching sound when closed or opened. Plus, it was very difficult to operate the shower (due to the bi-fold door) without standing in the cubicle and getting cold water until it warmed up.
It was a small room, not even space for a chair.
I spoke to the front desk, expressing my feelings about the room and was just informed that "it's a Radisson Blu Boutique" hotel. At no point in my booking process, nor on the website, was this hotel listed as "Boutique".
The guttering outside of the window obviously had a leak too, as there was a persistent loud tapping sound throughout the night.
I would be unlikely to stay here again, especially when the hotel across the street (with large sized rooms) is only a few pounds more for the night!
The upside to this hotel is the attached restaurant, Steak and Lobster - it's great.
