Not what I’d expect from a Radisson Blu. Room carpeting stained/dirty, tub/shower high off floor (dangerous), elevator broken had to haul luggage up and down multiple levels in narrow corridor. Not pleased

The property is very very tiny. It was very difficult as everything is so old in the building. You can hear what’s happening in the corridors and it was so spooky. In the middle of the night my TV turned on by itself. These buildings are hundreds of years old and maintenance is not good. It’s not a pleasant experience however the area is right on Oxford street and it’s a good place.

The location if the hotel is quite good and quiet as its off the main road but still very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Unfortunately, being in the ground floor and very close to the main door coming from reception means I’m probably going to struggle to sleep. I have been trying to get some sleep for the past hour and unfortunately… the constant opening of the main door is very disruptive. The bed itself was comfortable and the room itself has all the necessities needed for a short stay. I think I may struggle if I were staying here longer as it’s quite a small room for a double bed and the bathroom definitely made me feel a little claustrophobic.

Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.

Very convenient location. It is 1 minute walk to Oxford Street and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Jarien was lovely! The AC in my room wasnt working and she got it fixed asap. They also stored our bags since we had a few hours between check-out and our train. My entire party will stay here again the next time we are in London.

Bit annoying that I had specifically asked for a twin room with bath but we were upgraded to a king room which also had a bath. Couldn’t complain too much due to upgrade but I was travelling with my daughter and twin beds wd have been better. There were no twin rooms available but we did get complimentary breakfast.
