The feel of the hotel is perfectly fitting for it being a converted Georgian home. We loved the location close to Euston station and buses to anywhere in the city. There were also plenty of food options nearby, and the included breakfast was a decent full English. The room was on the small side which we expected but the bathroom was so tiny. The door hit the sink, which was directly in front of the toilet so by centimeters, and you had to turn the shower head to avoid the shower door. Water was nice and hot though! The beds were the biggest disappointment. They were terribly hard and felt like box springs from 70's rather than a mattress, and the pillows were stiff rectangles of unknown material that were on the thin side so you had to stack them. We liked the experience but would not book here again.
This was a lovely hotel. Although due to unforeseen circumstances the reception staff were not there, the Morgan Hotel nearby was very helpful and provided everything I could need. The room was small but lovely and clean and had everything you could want for a night's stay. Quiet clean and atmospheric. Lovely breakfast the next day and extremely helpful dining room staff.
We've stayed here before as we love the location of this hotel. But unfortunately this time there was a mix up with our booking. We were given a basement room which we had specifically requested not to have. The receptionists phoned up a manager who wanted more money for a bigger room but we were just as insistent that we were not going to pay. As we had an agreement with the receptionist. He finally backed down but it left us feeling frustrated and annoyed. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the water pressure very good. There's tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's quiet and the breakfast is great. The breakfast ladies are excellent. As I've said location is key, near the shopping streets and not far to the theatres.
This is close to Euston and walkable to the city centre. Single room was small, but had all you would need including a refrigerator and microwave! Breakfast was good.
We had a lovely stay. Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were warm and beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious
The hotel was well situated to explore markets and theatres
Would definitely stay here again
This hotel is a little gem. The service was top notch from start to finish. The room was the perfect size for me and pristine clean. The breakfast was lovely. Great value for money and highly recommended!
For a very last minute booking due to being let down this really did the job. On a nice road, close enough to where we needed to be and great value for money, with breakfast included. I would stay here again if needed to be in this area.
The hotel charged me more than the amount agreed via Hotels.com. Hotels has contacted the property and they're unable to refund me.
Don't book, they're scamming people.
Great budget stay near to Euston station
Room was clean and had everything that was needed. Breakfast was good also.
Every member of staff I met were very helpful and friendly
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel was in a central position and the room was spotlessly clean. However, the bed was so very hard that I had very little sleep and my partner awoke with a pain in his side. The room temperature couldn’t be turned down so was far too hot and the window needed propping open with a hanger. Sadly, for these reasons, I would not come back or recommend to others and I will request some renumeration as most of the time spent in a hotel is through the night and those hours were very unpleasant.
Hotel is in a great location. 10 minute walk from euston Station. Hotel staff friendly, housekeeping came in and freshened up the room on our second day and replenished tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, the ladies frequently asking if we wanted anything else. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, 1 night leisure stay.
1 night leisure stay. Great central location - just a 5 minute walk from Tottenham Ct Road tube station. Room was a little outdated but nice, clean and warm. Tea coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave provided. Lovely home - cooked breakfast with good menu choice.
I specifically chose this hotel because i wanted to stay some place with character. Some place that felt like traditional old London. And this fit the bill. My room was tiny but quaint and cute with great big windows that opened up to a lovely view of the hotel's back patio area. My only complaint is that i wish there was a ledge or something beside the bed to place items such as glasses, phones, etc. Lovely breakfast area downstairs felt very traditional and the hot cocoa was from scratch! So yummy!
