I’ve lost count of how many times I have stayed here! It’s my go-to when in London. Staff are wonderful and the facilities are fantastic for business trips when on the road for a number of weeks. Laundry, gym, kitchen and close to a supermarket. I’ll be back.

Good Value for a London Visit
The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the Earl's Court station, with a good selection of eateries nearby. The standard suite we booked is small but adequate and comfortable for a few nights. The breakfast has an excellent layout with a variety of food - albeit a bit busy. The fitness center is well equipped and the free laundry machines is a nice bonus. The staff were always courteous during our stay.

Would Stay Again!
Stayed here for a week and overall had a good stay. Rooms: I wouldn’t stay with multiple people in a room. They are pretty small. But they were clean and they do decorate with a home feel. There’s everything you need in there. Service: everyone was friendly. My only complaint is I received dirty towels and requested them to bring me new ones. When I called down I was told I had to go all the way downstairs and get it myself. I’ve NEVER been told such a thing when staying in a hotel. I will also add that because it is kid friendly there were nights that kids were literally running and screaming down the hall. It didn’t last long but this is also something I don’t ever experience at other hotels. Everyone complaining about the lift but I didn’t experience any problems. Yes they’re slow but I’m a pretty patient person. I never waited more than a couple minutes. Breakfast: not terrible but also not great. There’s a reason it’s included with the stay. I stayed a week and only ate there twice. Once to try it and then my last day before leaving for the airport out of convenience. Location: close to all bus and train stations. It made it very easy to explore the city

Awesome stay. Staff is very attentious, specially Joseph with the luggages, Shafkat and Kruppa. Breakfast is very good. We arrive very early due to our flight and we're well received, having our luggages stored and admitted to the beakfast. Thank you!

Located close to two subway lines and on several bus routes, transportation was quick and convenient. Staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was competently managed with a good variety of food choices. As well, there was a large grocery store across the street allowing for food to be purchased for in-room preparation in the well-appointed kitchen.

The hotel was perfect for family. The room was great, great staff and nice breakfast. The beds are queen size and there is a Tesco Superstore just super close to the hotel. We love it!
