Great service. Comfortable.
I never expect a large room when I stay in a hotel in London; not for the money I want to pay. I've stayed in several hotels around the Paddington area and this, by far, is the best. The room was tiny, but it was comfortable and, as importantly for me, the staff were absolutely excellent.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We didn't have breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk to Paddington station. Would be happy to stay again.

Building (outside/main lobby) was good, staff were friendly. As a solo traveller I did not expect there being a basement and me staying in it (with an extra unknown door in my room with a major gap) so that was a little unsettling. Overall for price it is a good stay, room, fixtures, floors, wood,doors and finishings could all use an upgrade but it is an older building so for what I got it was a good stay. Close to major tourist areas and paddington stations

We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to Paddington Station which made it convenient to get to from the airport and to get to other areas of London. Several dining options and many good coffee shops nearby. Our room was on the smaller side and the hallway was a narrow zig-zag... accessibility might be an issue depending on your needs. However, the hotel likely has better placed rooms that are more accessible.

we were made very welcome and the receptionist was expecting us as I had requested via e mail a ground floor room if possible. The room we had was allocated with thought as to how far my husband had to walk to it, perfect. Although we were there only for 1 night the stay was very very good and we will definitely use this hotel again and have already recommended it to others.
