Amazing staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel location is great close to two tube lines and minutes away from Buckingham palace. The room itself was great, recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel.

Terrific Hotel in a Great Location
It’s was our 4th stay. Apart from a few very minor criticisms, we love the place. Great staff, lovely suite, very good breakfast. Having been awarded Guest of the Day previously, how could we stay anywhere else. Terrific hotel.

Excellent, well-kept property! I’d definitely stay here again; the premium suites are super spacious and gorgeous. The beds are a little more firm than I’d like but overall the hospitality was unmatched. Great, thoughtful customer service experience! It’s also in a great location.

This is my first stay at the St. James Court since the pandemic (My last visit was in 2018.) and I am happy to say that almost nothing has changed! Of course, you really can’t beat the location, but the hotel, while under some renovations, did not disappoint. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My review
Really lovely hotel but disappointed as we found the bar area and restaurant was quite chilly. The bedroom and bathroom very clean and nicely decorated but the duvet was not suitable for warmth really only suitable for summer so did not sleep well as we were cold shame as bed very comfortable.

Fantastic stay at St James Court - central location, beautiful, large comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and with it being Diwali during our stay there were fireworks and a gift for each guest. Would highly recommend!

The staff are excellent and responsive, I had a problem with my TV connection and they sent someone very quickly to troubleshoot it. The room was very well-presented, I prefer a cubicle shower (personal preference) but otherwise the cleanliness and provisions were great. Loved the Indian breakfast, the staff were always happy to help with recommendations. Thank you!

Wonderful weekend in the heart of London
A wonderful weekend stay! Beautiful hotel overall, pretty lights in the courtyard, clean, fresh bedding, hotel generally smells good and topped of with very friendly staff. The spa was excellent too. Breakfast was delicious with a massive choice that will delight taste buds.

Anniversary Stay
The most wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary, customer service to the highest level. Diwali theme throughout the hotel and the Courtyard lit up beautifully in the night. Breakfast was of the highest standard with a great selection of European and Indian delights..looking forward to visiting again.
