Visa was the best! His personality and pure love of his job made my stay the best! He always called me by name and made sure we had anything we needed. He made sure our stay was perfect our superior double room was amazing! Spacious and fun. Beds were extremely comfortable! The location was ideal. Great location, all round great hotel!
Very welcoming reception staff. Unusual foyer furniture, quite quirky. Modern feeling. Nice lighting in hotel common rooms and bedrooms. Good selection of breakfast food and drinks. Pleasant restaurant staff. Good facilities in bedrooms, shame there was no body wash in the shower, it had ran out. Bathrobes and slippers, always a nice touch!
