We found the property very convenient for transportation. Andreas at reception was extremely helpful and efficient.
Unfortunately the floors in the room were warped and caused tripping, however, the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast offered multiple choices that would suit any palate. The breakfast staff were helpful and accommodating. On the whole it was a great experience. We would visit again.
The room was small but adequate, the bathroom very small but usable. The location is convenient to trains and hop-on-hop-off buses. The breakfast was super!
I loved that it was just a few feet from public transportation, and there are many restaurants in the area... The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, for what I paid it was more than fair, and the breakfast was super delicious.
Location to Paddington Station and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
What let the hotel down was the air-conditioning broke down on our 2nd of 7 nights. We were moved to another room with a very uncomfortable mattress. We moved back to our original room despite the fact there was no air-conditioning. The room cleaning was almost non-existent, all that was done during our stay was the bedspread was straightened out. Despite this we would stay there again and hope there are no problems with the air-conditioning.
Quirky. Nice breakfast. In a room between two floors with four people so four suitcases and hand luggage and had a mission to drag suitcases up and down tiny thin staircases. Wifi really patchy. Did ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer
The tiny metal-walled room with holes in the ceiling was somewhere I’d never stay again; I booked a single room because I was staying a quick night between airport shuttles so I wasn’t expecting luxury or much space, but I’ve never stayed somewhere so small and uncomfortable. Metal on the walls from floor to ceiling is a very strange choice; it was like sleeping in an industrial fridge. The shower room was tiny (like a campervan or boat bathroom) with a very loud light/fan; I didn’t switch it on when I used the bathroom during the night because it was so disruptive, and fell in the shower room and hurt my arm against the wall, as the shower floor is next to the toilet and it’s a dip in the plastic floor. On the flip side, the location close to Paddington is easy and the kitchen staff were lovely.
