Excellent location w special amenity being the tube across the street. Lots of restaurants and hardware and other stores nearby, with the least interesting being in the hotel. No fridge or microwave in room. Staff exceedingly helpful.

My husband and I visited London for our 25th wedding anniversary and after some googling and reasearch about the area, we decided to stay at The Bailey’s Hotel. The staff is beyond friendly. We felt welcomed every time of the day! The hotel is charming and beautiful. The train station is STEPS away from the hotel. The area is wonderfully walkable, tons of restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, etc! I would definitely go back to the Bailey’s hotel again! The only thing is that our room was very tiny and compact. Maybe next time I will upgrade for something larger!

From the welcoming greeting to our goodbye my sister and I experienced a great stay at Bailey’s. The hotel is clean, the room comfortable, and all staff are helpful and pleasant. Bailey’s helped make our London trip even better.

We enjoyed a week-long stay in London using The Bailey's as our home away from home. The staff were welcoming and helpful at every turn. Our room was comfortable with enough space for us to store belongings and move about without feeling cramped. Very clean facilities, good shower, small gym area if jogging to nearby Kensington Gardens isn't your thing. Located directly across the street from a Tube stop, it was so convenient for starting/ending our days, or taking a break partway through. Despite that location, the neighborhood was not noisy at night. The Bailey's gave us comfort, convenience, and welcoming space for our visit!

Great location, great buffet breakfast, tube station only feet away, many restaurants, close to South Ken, free bottled water and cookies daily. Magic at concierge desk was very helpful. Doorman Lubomyr was always very friendly. Breakfast server Teigist was welcoming and always happy to help. The rest of the breakfast staff were unfriendly and always seemed annoyed at requests. My room ac did not work well and being across from the housekeeper closet was noisy especially in the mornings. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

My stay was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a blend of modern and classic touches. Did I mention I was given a free upgrade Dining at the hotel was an exceptional experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served exquisite Singapore selection that were a culinary delight. Throughout my stay, the level of service was consistently outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The barman Joseph was an absolute star. Ask one of the bar staff to demonstrate the spinning wine glass. Overall, my experience was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning in the future. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that put umbrella in your room, should it be raining.
