I stayed at this property for a three nights. The hotel is old and desperately needs to be renovated. During my stay in March, the weather outside was in the 50's. My room remained a hot. I complained several times. A portable AC was provided which did not cool the room. I requested to be moved to another room. However, no other rooms were available. The day of my departure, I overheard another guest complaining of the same heat. I was not able to comfortably sleep at nights. I was very disappointed in this property.
There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. I requested to warm an item downstairs and that is not allowed.
The hotel is centrally located which is a positive. However, I will not be returning to this property.
Great location and London in your doorstep. So easy to get anywhere. I liked the location and the breakfast the best. Madhus Indian restaurant snd bar was amazing. A clublike Bollywood atmosphere and fresh food. Staff was helpful. Good complimentary snacks to keep you going in the lobby. My room was to cold for winter. Yiu might have turned a dial to adhust the heating but it was always the same temperature. Air was through vents. However, this is a very convenient hotel and I would stay here again.
