Excellent Hotel in a Great Area of London

We spent four nights at this excellent hotel. Everything was top-knotch, from the room to the linens to the service to the concierge to the location. We did not opt for the breakfast, so cannot comment about that. Highly recommend.

Can tell it's a 4*

Room decent size and clean. There was a cold breeze from somewhere, even with heating on and windows shut. TV contrast was wrong (as we didn't really use it didn't bother us). Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food and it tasted good. 2 minutes walk from Bond Street Station so location was excellent (we chose the hotel as 5 to 10min walk from london palladium).

Amazing location - so near to the shops and with some great eateries nearby too. The room was spacious and felt really cosy and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. The only minor complaint we have is that we felt breakfast was a little overpriced for the quality, but there was plenty on offer.
