Stayed here as a 40th birthday occasion for the wife. Fantastic hotel, excellent food and staff that couldn't do enough. Will be staying again next time we are in London.

I was really disappointed, I've stayed at The Mayfair previously and was looking forward to my returning. The room was tired, the towels were not the plush towels I remembered and the service was not the same.

Very good but…
The service was suspended, there was no possibility to get a room with 2 beds even we booked so. The only complaint is that the room has a smell as a smoking room…and there was no option to open the window. But the location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect we literally walked everywhere in London from there. Its right near the Green Park Ungerground. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again when we cross the pond again.
