Beautiful hotel with clean, quiet rooms and attentive staff. Safe neighborhood near Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The Queens Arm pub is around the corner.

Positives: good location for the Royal Albert Hall and museums, good breakfast, fairly quiet location for west London, lovely bathroom, clearly newly refurbished. Negatives: single rooms are on lower ground level by the restaurant and gym and felt very isolated, not made clear on either Expedia or hotel website and staff member was snippy when I queried whether there were alternatives. Room was nicely furnished but tiny. Restaurant food in the evening was limited.

This hotel is gorgeous, and the room was so comfortable. The staff were wonderful, and we had every amenity that we could have wanted. We had a drink at the bar at the end of the night and that was perfect too. Would highly recommend.

Perfect London atay
This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was very convenient to tube stations,eateries, and museums. The room was clean and roomy. The property was very quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
