We really loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, updated, and clean. The shower was a great size for a London hotel and so was the bed! It’s a 10 minute walk to a tube station and very close to Victoria and Albert museum as well. 100% recommend

Lovely property, great location. Fish and chips at the bistro was great, buffet breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but normal size for a big city old building. They were extremely well furnished and appointed.

Great Hotel in Good location

Excellent, would stay again. Impeccably behaved and courteous staff. Large room with queen bed - in South Ken! Room could have been swept better, and you need a PhD in European showerology to work the knobs in the shower. Also there is a “secret” button to turn on the aircon. Sneaky. Breakfast was expensive but excellent.

The staff was extremely nice and the food was great! The hotel was located in a convenient location where you can walk to restaurants and shops. You felt like you were part of the Royal family when you stayed at the hotel which was near foreign embassies. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would like to walk to historical sites, shopping and restaurants near the hotel.
