The property was conveniently located and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The bed was relatively comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The rainfall shower head was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. Towel warmer was a nice feature. Housekeeping was hit or miss though on refilling items such as toilet paper, creamers, and sugars. And multiple times, the ceramic cups that were put on the shelf were dirty.

Room was surprisingly well put together even though it was tight. The staff was prompt and courteous. Lawrence went out of his way to give us good tips on public transports.

Hotel has a great location and quiet rooms that are of a reaonable size. I didnt use them, but I found the addition of a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator were nice to have.

From when I got here until I left, the staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, always had a smile on their face and willing to help. The bed was so comfortable the shower was one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel and the AC worked perfectly.

We arrived about 7am and the staff very kindly offered free luggage drop off for the day so we could do sight seeing first and then came back for checkin after 4pm. The hotel is right around the corner of the Bellingham Palace, and is minutes away from the Victoria and the Green Park underground stations. Room is clean and bed is firm.
