Stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. The rooms are very modern and up-to-date, and not tiny like some other hotels nearby (that are a comparable price).
Definitely would recommend, and will be staying here again.
Overpriced, noisy, rundown hotel that I wouldn’t put my dog in. Rooms don’t look like the images, bar shuts at 9.30 and walls have the thickness of a copy of the Guardian and possibly the same material composition.
Clean and efficient, but incredibly noisy at night on the street/out in the corridor/with the rumble of trains. Also, it is specified through Expedia that there is parking available and at £15 per day. Yet, when I asked at reception upon arrival, they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Very frustrated as we booked this hotel under the guise that parking WAS available, as detailed online.
The location was very convenient with train station just a short walk. The staff were all helpful and I loved their gym (was the best part for me...along with the convenient location). The room was plenty comfortable also.

Liked: Cleanliness
The person who made up my room was excellent and it was spotless.
Th proximity to Euston Station made it a convenient spot.
There was noise ( sounded like construction) in the room above or next to me throughout one of the nights, making it impossible to sleep. I did ask staff to intervene - he checked and said no construction, but it sounded like hammering and slamming, tapping and footsteps. He said he would check the rooms around me, and I believe he did, but if it was not construction and just noise from a neighbor moving in and unpacking ( for hours!) the soundproofing is inadequate and I would not stay there again. Also, my window was treated with a covering so that there was no daylight - making the room feel more like a cell.
The staff was friendly and informative.
The hotel was tired, and needed complete refurbishing . It was neglected and unloved. The gym had no mats, water or hand towels - it was dark and gloomy. Staff seemed mainly bored and did not say good morning to passing guests. Bar and dining wasn’t open and I was told it’s closed at weekends. I was advised not to eat breakfast here due to limited vegetarian options. This was a far cry from a four start hotel and the ongoing construction around Euston made the whole area quite rough- at this time a hotel should be going out it’s way to show value for money but at nearly 200 pounds a night, this was rather poor.

Disliked: Room comfort
Good and bad.
Some great parts, some not so great.
The rooms are clean enough and modern enough for me. The worst part for me is the walls are so thin! I could hear the conversations of the people next door and them opening and closing draws cupboard doors etc. Tube noise is normal in London so this wasn’t a concern as others have pointed out. Location is decent. But the gym is fantastic and was a complete surprise! Really undersold.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Location was hard to get to atm due to construction of Euston station nearby road which was supposed to be the highlight of the property. The room was TINY! I couldn't even open my large suitcase fully. Besides these, the room was clean and comfortable overall.
