Tiny rooms, broken elevators, staff who just clearly don’t want to help guests. Massively overpriced hotel for the service and quality. Go somewhere else. Anywhere.

Convergiere was very helpful upon arrival. Also, although 2 out of the 4 elevators were out of service, the hotel did a great job at communicating it to the guests and offered complimentary drinks for the inconvenience.

Only 2 elevators were working out of 4 and we waited forever on checkout day. We were there for 4 days and you would think that they would be fixed in that time. Quirky rooms with dumb light switches. To use the toilet (in a separate closet) you had to turn on all the lights. Not ideal in the middle of the night with a sleeping partner. Despite that we would consider staying there again because of its location and friendly staff.

Overall, this is a hotel which works for you if you want a reliable and clean hotel with the relevant amenities and would like to be close to the main attractions such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Pros: * The room is spacious, clean and modern. London hotels are known to be notoriously small, and for the price paid, the room was relatively roomy. The room also looked new and modern with all the relevant amenities. There is a little workstation and a separate couch as well. * I liked that there was filtered water on each level of the hotel so you could refill drinking water. * Close to main attractions * Cafe downstairs is very convenient for a morning coffee. There is also a nice gym and spacious bar/restaurant. * Generally good value for what you pay. Cons: * The immediate neighbourhood is a bit too commercial for my liking, and there really isn't many cafes or bars or restaurants immediately close by to the hotel. * Not a total dealbreaker, but the closest tube station is 12 mins walk away. Many other hotels are much closer to the tube allowing for maximum convenience and a feeling of interconnectedness with the rest of the city (and minimises dead time walking to and from the station). * A small thing, but no smart TV or chromecast on the television. Hope this review is helpful!
