Treehouse is in a great location. It’s a quirky place (feels like it might be trying a bit too hard sometimes with all the stuffed animals and cuckoo clocks etc. the room was very nice AND had a great view of the Langham. The restaurant, too, had a lovely view as it is 15 stories up. Front desk service was friendly and tube is nearby.

I often stay here when visiting London on business and it is always a pleasure staying at the Treehouse. Staff are super friendly, everything is so clean and the list goes on!

Check in experience is different for different customers . We were not welcome when we got to the hotel. Some customers got served coffee and told all about the facilities of the hotel We got none. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready, but didn’t receive that either.

Everything was perfect. From the manager to the cleaning staff and everyone in between they couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. 3 great restaurants and the room was awesome, great view. Hotel is dead square in the middle of everywhere you want to go. Great location. Very upscale and safe area , at 2 AM on the street felt safer than at home. A 4 star hotel rating is well deserved.

Cute and cozy boutique hotel. Stayed one night for a long layover and it was close to a restaurant I wanted to try while in London. The bird / treehouse theme was quite noticeable throughout. A bit over the top. Rooms were small but still comfortable. Great views of the buildings and monument across the street. Witnessed the sunset from the window seat which was cute. Plenty of charging stations in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Best part of the room. However, the bathroom didn’t have any electrical outlets, just an outlet for shavers. So odd and a major flaw in the design. I Felt out of place and uncomfortable blow drying my hair in the vestibule where the nearest mirror and outlet was located. Hotel should rectify this. I likely will not return due to this.

The Treehouse is in a great location for sightseeing, either walking or by tube, which is very nearby, and Marylebone itself is a great place to eat and shop and wander. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had very nice views and was nicely designed. Great shower water pressure that did not leak (like so many other badly designed hotel options). Paddington bear and the magic eight ball were a plus. We had a great stay.
