The room was very basic, which was not a problem as I thought it was worth what we paid, the bathroom could do with a refresh and I did not like the stairs leading down to the lower level! Very narrow and would have been tricky with suitcases, thankfully we both had rucksacks.
Great location and one of the most affordable hotels in London. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. Was able to leave my luggage safely after check out. Will stay again.
Location amazing for Kings Cross and central London. You can see St Pancras Clock tower from the hotel, excellent for Eurostar
Small older hotel but location was excellent
This is a solid 2 star hotel as advertised. The rooms are small but it is central to the train stations and easy to get around. The area is safe. So if you need a place to sleep that is east to get around from it is worth it. If you like the extras comforts keep looking.
Our room was small, but it had everything we needed. There were plenty of pillows and towels. The room was cleaned daily, and the front desk was personable. It was an easy walk to and from both the Underground and the Eurostar.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The heat in the shoebox of a room at night was unbearable my friend and I couldn’t even get changed comfortably the room is so tiny and really misadvertised. It’s not clean either when we told reception about the heat we were told it’s our fault for coming in the summer time ha! So bad we laughed. Great location but the floor outside st pancreas would be just as ideal and probabaly cleaner
Not expensive but bathroom really not cleaned properly - lots of blackness round the silicon and not pleasant smell.
Otherwise ok hotel for the price.

Clean budget hotel
A very clean and quiet hotel. The single room is extremely small and tight, ideal for an overnighter as a solo trip but not recommended for longer stays.
This place (would struggle to call it a hotel) needs urgently inspecting for health and safety standards. Was given a basement room- they should all be condemned as they are not fit for living. Beyond grotty, black mould everywhere and never felt safe.
Could hear the footsteps of people above us, could hear the underground below us. Stairs descending to the basement are beyond dangerous, staff incredibly reluctant to help with suitcases or offer any assistance of any manner.
Save your money and stay away.
