The hotel was close to all transportation so catching the tube to the train station was easy. There was a grocery store on the corner and the in-house restaurant was amazing. I love the cappuccino machine. Such a wonderful staff, always positive and helpful!! London was beautiful and I can’t wait to go back!!!

This property delivers everything it advertises, with impeccable attention to detail. The premises are new, thoroughly clean, and well connected to all key London locations. Both Heathrow and Gatwick are merely 45 minutes away due to Faringdon station being just 5 minutes brisk walk away, offering access to both the Elizabeth Line (which cuts through London with important stops at many of the city's landmark locations) and Thameslink, which connects important stations with the surrounding suburbs. The neighbourhood is in the vicinity of the historic square mile of London. As a business customer, I found the modern efficiency and lack of fuss perfectly attuned, and would definitely stay here again.

The room was more spacious than expected. The bed has a button that allows the top to fold to prop yourself up, and then to flatten it out to sleep, which is very unique and does a good job to maximize the space. The snack bar was a nice touch as I was able to grab something quick to go. The area has some nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

I stayed for one night in a single room and found everything to be clean and in good working order. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no noise in the night! The breakfast buffet was also fine with alternatives to dairy available. The only slight quibble is a lack of a kettle in the room, but you can go down to the ground floor to make a hot drink.

Great staff and clean rooms
The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the queen room which was super clean and well-equipped for the minimal time we would be spending in it. The location was super convenient for traveling to/from LHR as well as getting into central London. The surrounding area had tons of great cafes, pubs, and restaurants in walking distance. The only cons were that the air conditioning was pretty weak, so the room would get a bit too warm at night, and the TV hardly worked as no channels would load 99% of the time. However we were able to stream Netflix on our phones to the TV so this was not a huge issue. The bed was also extremely stiff and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, would stay again for the staff, location, and amenities.

Location was good but the room was tiny (I know there are dimensions on the listing but you can’t really envisage it until you’re there) and the toilet flush was broken which caused issues having staff come back and forth. Was okay for a night but wouldn’t stay longer.
