The entire staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. The room was amazing, food was great at Merois. Only complaint I have was the bed- just a bit too firm for my liking. That is the only complaint, everything else far exceeded my expectations and my expectations were already set extremely high.

Love the design and style of this hotel. Truly a wonderful place to stay, I have enjoyed every trip at this hotel. The room layout and user experience is calming and pleasant and its a great place to stay for a few days or weeks.

Management here does not really care for their customers. After being out a whole day and coming back to my room at 4pm to change and shower for evening activities, my room was not cleaned. I had to use dirty towels to dry myself off. When you think of a 5-star experience in WeHo, this definitely does not come to mind! When I went to bring this issue up, I was lied to by front desk staff that they did not clean room since they wanted to maintain guest privacy and not enter my room unless I requested it to be cleaned. However, I was never told of this in check-in and this policy was not true when I asked the General Manager and others. I have tried to call and follow up after they said they would and have yet to speak with the GM or others to properly close out this out.
