Liked the location, walking distance to Spencer Street Station and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not operate sufficiently well to cool the air to our satisfaction.

Close to the station. Rooms a bit weird, reception on mezzanine level than must drag your luggage on stairs if you assigned a low floor.
