A mostly pleasant stay.
Convenient location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I did find getting told about the next door night club at check in interesting as if it was an issue, i couldnt cancel without being charged. They offered some earbuds. I was out till late so it wasn't an issue for me, but may be for some. My biggest annoyance was housekeeping knocking on my door before check out time and again half an hour later. I had organised a late check out too, so technically they were knocking well over an hour before my check out time. The corridors were a mess in the morning. But room was basic, but comfortable and clean.

So noisy. There is a night club on the 2nd floor that is extremely loud until 5 in the morning. We were told it could be noisy after checkin but we’re unable to cancel our booking. Our room was on the 7th floor and we could still hear everything. Very disappointed. The room was tired and stained. The bathroom is tiny.

Bathrooms are very outdated, stains on furniture in room, mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. VERY loud music untill 6am, that they don't warn you about until after you've paid the full unrefundable room rate. And ear plugs they give you to prepare are no where enough to block out how loud the music is. Walls in hotel are very thin you can hear neighbours closing cupboards and toilets , conversations etc

I made the mistake of booking here over the weekend. The nightclub next door blasted music all night until 6am that it was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel needs to improve its sound-proofing because it is not fair for paying customers to have to put up with the noise levels all night.

There is a nightclub within the hotel. The dulcet tones of doof doof music until 5am easily heard on 6th floor 😩 when checking in they mentioned "some" noise, earplugs available at reception. Not ideal travelling with a child. Bed was like a cloud, room was good. But will never stay there again. If wanting to charge premium prices at least soundproof the rooms.

On check-in the staff advised of a nightclub adjacent to the hotel which plays loud music u on Saturdays until midnight and offered ear plugs. The music played until 5am and nobody was able to sleep, very disingenuous!
