Nice stay
Room was fine, nothing special. Good location with meals available Had issue with parking where ticket didn't get authorisation at reception and had to wait 10 minutes for attendance in carpark. I really think this hotel being out of the city should have free parking included. Was very surprised it was $22 extra.

We stayed at this hotel as it was nearby to a wedding we were attending. It didn’t have much that was in walking distance though in the way of shops or eateries. The whole shower situation wasn’t good at all with the water temperature fluctuating constantly from cold to scalding hot- very dangerous for children or the elderly.

Loved that it was near the Albert part lake. Overall it was a good stay. I stayed there for 13 nights, the room was outdated, the carpet was worn out in some areas, my bed was made everyday(even when I had DND sign on the door one day) but cant say it was vacuumed every day. Overall ok stay

Staff were excellent and overall it was the best stay in Melb ever . If there had to be a small negative , the bar closed too early (they could’ve made a lot more out of us !) and a pet dislike of showers over baths. Thanks for a great stay !

We had a great stay and would highly recommend the Mercure on Albert Park. Staff were friendly, helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Parking is expensive, Mercure give you a $25 voucher to cover the undercover parking located behind them but it still costs you $25 and this happens every time you take your car out.

The building is definitely been around for a while but it was immaculate in every way as clean as could possibly be. Staff were lovely and the brisk walk around the lake topped off our stay.
