Clean new hotel but BYO pillow
New and clean hotel in a great location. We had a poor experience unfortunately with the bed pillows. They were stiff european pillows which we believed to be decorative pillows. We believe standard pillows should have been provided and not expect guests to call up. When advised reception at check out, we were dismissed rather than acknowledged or offered to raise with management.

The hotel is located in a prime location. It is within the free tram zone but we did not use it as nearby attractions in the city were all walkable from the hotel. The room was very nicely designed, and staff were prompt to make up our room. The lounge is disappointing though, as the quantity served was clearly not enough for the guests who were present on the day we went.
