Holes in the curtains - Massive amount of condensation on the windows Interface on tv keep freezing very clunky One day no room service despite tag on the door requesting same. We have photos of the curtains extreme condensation. This place isn’t cheap and we expected better for the price.

Loved the property. I had requested side by side rooms due to having two teenagers with me. I rang the day before to confirm. When I arrived we had been put on separate floors. They did change this with my insistence but I was put in room 303 and them in 320 so not as requested. Was the only element that coud have been better.

room was fantastic, with everything i needed. Also went to the roof top bar which was perfect and our meeting room used for Insignia Leaders Forum was great
