The room was amazing! And the bed was so comfy id buy it myself! And lucky enough to have a dip in the pool which was nice. The one down side was we went to the bar at about 10.40 (website said closes at 12) and they said they were closing and we couldnt sit there either.

Recommend by my sister to stay over - so happy she told me about it! Our room was tidy and neat - the room service was so fast and fresh! The menu and customer service is definitely a reason I would come back. The buffet breakfast was fabulous - friendly staff and amazing customer service. Definitely would be back!

Such a nice hotel in a great part of Melbourne’s CBD. Top shelf coffee and restaurants all around. Easy access to the tram and walking distance to a bunch of cool things to see.

The hotel was excellent as her majesty's theatre was across the street from exhibition st, there was a communication problem with one of the female staff, i did not know her name but when i told her i was seeing a show at 2pm, ill check in afterwards, not knowing self checking in by screen in lobby n debit card myself means im already check in, n go up to the room! This lady didn't understand what i was talking about as a non Australian! But it was not her fault, i talk to someone else who fixed it n room was great! It was hard to leave the bed, very comfortable n soft pillows! Really good buffet breakfast too!
