Loved the location being close to Southbank and great views. Our room was fantastic, fairly new hotel, the design and decor was just lovely. Only negative was reception area was a bit cramped and the lift area was drab. Prepaid breakfast was good, but the cooked food was random in quality, avoid scrambled eggs, rubbery and tasted weird. Staff generally very good and housekeeping was great. Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing when I arrived hotel. Front door was closed and I pressed door buzz. They ignored me after few buzz times. I had to wait until someone walking towards outside so I can enter to check in hotel. Hotel stay was good but reception staff need to improve disability awareness needs.
