Honestly the bathroom and terrible housecleaning situation was the biggest shock of my extensive travel experience. The drains in the shower and sink kept clogging, the towels had stains on them and the housecleaning situation was even worse. One day they literally picked up the dirty towels we dropped on the floor and folded them like they were new. The cleaner left her coffee cup in our bathroom and also left the cleaning stuff behind. Bins were only partially emptied for some strange reason. Another day we retuned to our room to find no towels. I called the front desk for help and it took over an hour to get towels which made us late for dinner.

I stay here frequently to visit family. It’s clean, conveniently located to dining and shopping. The only issue I have had is the water pressure in the shower as well as the temperature of the water could be a little warmer. Besides that I have had a great experience overall and will stay here again.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located just across Main Street Boulevard. Only suggestion for the hotel is to add an small microwave to the rooms for families who travel with babies and need it.

The only thing that bothered me is the fact that one of my SHEIN packages like MY KIDS CHRISTMAS stuff were signed for but I did not receive it and it was a rough first two days in Miami trying to sort that out. The hotel should try to think of a better way to secure packages and to be able to assist their guest to retrieve their missing packages. Having access to cameras should not be an issue to obtain to help assure your guest your staff didn’t take their stuff! I felt helpless. None the less I am going back to stay again it did not discourage me.
