We had a great trip we only had one issue and it was very minor, but just one that I think needs to be addressed. I have a somewhat special needs and he likes to dribble his basketball. The back of the parking lot was pretty empty during the day and I was told that he couldn’t even be out there bouncing the ball during the day. The staff explained the reason why which wasn’t really clear still to me, but I just think that being that we bought our own ball and you know it was just a matter of trying to keep him in a calm space that maybe some type of exception should be made for people who have children, especially those with children special needs. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The elevator was out and one of my guests had a hard time going up and down five flights. A notification about the out-of-service elevator ahead of time would have nice.

The serenity of the area and the cleanliness of the property
