Great hotel near the Auckland Airport. Check-in and out were easy. Very clean room. Great shower and bed. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was great. Very glad we stayed here. Highly recommend.

Very good tourist hotel. Service and staff were marvelous. They worked hard to exceed service levels. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only negative I have to offer about the property itself is the harsh direct lighting in the rooms. It would have been much better to have some table lamps for the night stands and the desk. The hotel is wedged between the redeveloped waterfront (good) and the hostelries and low-end shops catering to younger, less affluent travelers (not so great). The street it sits on looks as if it’s about to be redeveloped (also good).

Fantastic valet, and concierge team. Very proactive. Great room. The only downside was that there are no connections in the rooms for USB ports or British or American plugs and they have no adapters. We were able to go out and buy one fortunately.

Staff was helpful and professional. Room was clean and decently sized. Breakfast had a good Variety. Overall experience was excellent .

Gorgeous room! Really state of the art technology for the lights, do not disturb, and requesting turn down service. Really love the chromecast feature for the tv and the bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely enjoyed our stay there.
