We are located in the fantastic Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Disney and 10-15 miles from many other popular attractions (like Universal Studios and Sea World). The resort has great amenities and activities available to every guest. http://welcometowindsorhills.com/

This amazing 2700 sq. ft 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house includes 3 Master Suites, each with a King sized bed. Just outside the sliding patio door, you will find your own personal pool & jacuzzi spa, patio furniture, and chaise lounges.

The Living Room/Den has beautiful leather furniture. The new decor is warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. Here, you'll find a 50" TV, DVD player, board games, books and a few DVDs for your use.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of prep space and storage. Everything you need for creating family time and family meals is available for your use, including service for 10+.

Two king Master suites are located on the first floor, along with a fun Finding Dory themed twin bedroom and attached bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the third Master Suite with a king bed. Another twin bedroom, fully decorated in a Star Wars theme, is upstairs as well. It also has an attached bathroom in the Star Wars theme. All the bedrooms have new bedding, a new flat screen TV and DVD player.

When not on the private patio enjoying the sun and pool/spa, the game room is very inviting. It has a Pool Table, Air-hockey table, Foosball, an internet TV. There is also a laundry room attached with a full sized washer and dryer.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private furnished balcony/patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A flat-screen television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including a water park, an outdoor pool, and a spa tub. Additional features at this vacation home include an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

Simply The Best!
Our stay in this incredible home was absolutely remarkable, from the moment of booking until we checked out. Artie and Carrie are such kind hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had prior to our stay, and checking in with us to make sure everything was up to our expectations (it was...and then some!!). The home was spotless on arrival and our grandchildren enjoyed exploring every single room. The space worked well for a multi-generational adventure as everyone from the oldest to the youngest was comfortable and happy! We were close to Disney but far enough away to enjoy other things on our non-Disney days. The clubhouse and central pool are lovely but our grandsons enjoyed the pool at the house so much, we only ended up going once! The neighbourhood is lovely for a nightly stroll, and everyone we met was friendly. We highly recommend and would stay here again in an instant!

Well Equipped House in Great Location!
We rented the house for a Disney vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was the perfect size and came well equipped for our needs. The pool was a wonderful retreat and we spent a lot of time out there when not at the park. Had a few glitches but they were taken care of quickly by the property manager.

Sweet Caroline was a wonderful place for 5 adults to stay while enjoying the Disney World experience. It was nice to come home to a hot tub and swimming pool to relax after a long day at one of the Disney Parks. We also found it was easier to Uber to and from Disney each day from this location. They drop and pick you up at the front of the parking lot.

House is beautiful and 5 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a pool worked great. Hosts were very helpful in answering our many questions. House is within 10’ish minutes of the 4 Disney Parks, and many stores & restaurants really close by. Next time we go to Disney, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home
We were a party of seven, consisting of grandparents, children and grandkids. The layout of the house gave us each our own space and we were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean as was the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was smooth sailing. The play area at the community as well as the pool and water park were awesome and the kids had a great time. Easy commute to the parks and the Walmart is a right down the street. Artie was easy to work with and I would highly recommend this home for your Disney experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Artie was wonderful to deal with and very detailed and accurate with all of the information he provided. The home is very spacious and is equipped with everything you would need to stay and enjoy cooking, grilling, swimming and relaxing with friends and family. The teens loved the pool and spa and made great use of the game room. There is plenty to do at the house or you can walk down to the main pool which is a lot of fun. Our kids enjoyed walking down there and getting snacks at the store as well. The house was clean and had more than enough sheets, towels, linens etc. The Wi-Fi was strong in every room and worked well throughout the property, which was important to us because we have a disabled son who really realize on the Internet. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay off property when visiting the theme parks in Orlando!

Perfect House for a family group
This house has plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children, 5 bathrooms, heated pool and spa, within easy driving distance of all Disney parks, outlets, supermarkets, anything you need. The house is very well equipped - games equipment and room, plenty of cooking facilities, really there was nothing else we needed. Also a good base for a drive to Kennedy Space Centre and The Everglades Airboat rides. Perfect base for an extended family holiday.

One of the nicest homes we have stayed in! Kitchen was well furnished with nice Farber cookware. Plenty of beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. The house even had two decorated Christmas trees. The lights all worked, there were working batteries in all the remotes! The game room had extra air hockey discs. Extra balls for fooseball and good pool Qs. We had plenty of room for our family of 10.

We had 10 people with 4 kids and everything we needed we had. The pool and hot tub worked properly compared to other places we've stayed. Game room was nice, everyone had a blast.
