Outside you will find a sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool (12ft x 24ft) and spa, where you can relax poolside and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. This amazing backyard comes together with mature plantings, palms, modern hardscape, landscape lighting, multiple seating areas, a gas grill, a fire pit and is perfect for indoor/outdoor living – day or night. A lemon, tangelo and lime tree also adorn the outdoor living area and, when in season, can be used for cooking or in your favorite cocktail.
Splash Pad is a just a few minutes’ drive from the Palm Springs aerial tramway, the airport, the restaurants and shops of the Uptown Design District and downtown Palm Springs.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed.
