Very nice rooms

Only downside to me is that parking is separate about a block away from actual hotel.

From the moment of check in for the room, every single staff member I had interacted with was absolutely amazing! Donald, at the water park, so extremely helpful and very informative. David A. Over st the hole in the wall restaurant made our dinner one of the best dinners we’ve had. It was filled with so much laughter! I can’t wait for my next phoenix trip so I can book another stay at this hotel! I mean it 100%, every single staff member was absolutely wonderful and I feel like they all went above and beyond!

We had a great experience with the exception of the room being too cold as themostat was set at 67. We did not realize how to change it until morning. Casino was also on the chilly side- bring a lightweight sweater for the A/C

It was nice

Location was great, hotel is on the older side but rooms have been updated and are nice, fresh, spacious and clear. Not ideal to have the pool closed in summer, you’d think the works would be scheduled before summer, but nonetheless the stay itself was good - can’t fault it.
