I’ve stayed at many Riu and this one did not meet expectations of others when it came to drinks and entertainment. Alcoholic drinks were very limited, and no music or dancing, exercising by the pool during the day like others. Staff do not interact with you like other RIu. However food was great, different restaurants great, rooms clean and nice and overall would come again. People should know that this hotel is not close to anything and must taxi to everywhere. There are plenty of city taxi waiting out side hotel and they are not expensive.

Staff is very friendly

Great hotel with super luxurious rooms. It’s the superb staff that make this such a good hotel. Without exception all of the staff were friendly, helpful and fully committed to making my stay pleasurable.

Clean and spacious room. Love the rain shower. Very accommodating—request for two-hour late checkout was readily approved. Love the Dubai Mall Shuttle.

Facility personnel are very polite, friendly and very helpful All the times.
