Love staying at the Bellagio. Lots of shopping and comfortable rooms. It is insanely busy at all times though, not just the casino and walkways but also the front desk.

The hotel felt safe as there is a lot of security around. Room is stunning and beds so comfortable. Parking was easy and room key allows free in and out privileges. As with all of Vegas it was extremely expensive, especially basic food options. Don’t like that children and dogs allowed in casino and that smoking was allowed in the casino area - which often could be smelled on the upstairs corridor - and we were on floor 11!! Staff very helpful on reception and of course the location is very central on the strip. Pool area didn’t have enough sunbeds which, considering the exorbitant resort fee, should be a given. When I asked what the resort fee covered I was told the pool and the WiFi basically, so feel annoyed that I couldn’t really have the benefit of the pool as there was not enough room. On the whole would stay again but resent the extra fee for what you get.

So it was obviously the nicest Hotel I've ever stayed in .. that being said. We had three small issues with our room. We decided not to call someone to fix the issues. Just because we didn't want more people in our room. The left sink in Bathroom.. when I pulled the lever to plug the sink so that it could fill with water. The spring underneath fell off. I could have fixed it. But not my job and was on a Vacation. The tub has the same issue. It didnt fall apart. But, the drain plug was improperly secured. So when trying to fill the tub with water. It would drain as it was trying to fill. Had to stuff a washcloth in drain, so it could fill. And I paid more for that room specifically because we wanted a huge Tub. And lastly . I feel as if this is a common issue with all rooms in all of Vegas. Because we had this issue 2 years ago. At the Tropicana Hotel... No matter how low we set the Thermostat.. to get the room cold. It remained warmer. Not uncomfortable warm. But me and my partner love sleeping in a cold room. And getting under the blankets. And unfortunately.. it just refused to get cold in there. I went as far as keeping the blinds closed as much as possible to help keep the temperature down. Other than that it was a great room. Oh .. one thing that is so Stupid!!! The Refrigerator. Here we are in this amazing hotel and room. And we have like 5 inches by 14 inches by 7 inches deep. In this Decent size fridge to put out drinks or food we bought. Because they fill items.
