First time at Bellagio. Christmas conservatory area was amazing, room was very solid with a large shower but wouldn’t say the room was extraordinary. Service was good, location is excellent and fountain show is still impressive.

The overall staying experience is horrible and the hotel staff are terrible with attitude problems. We cut short of our stay and drive back home earlier than originally planned due to the disappointment experience.

The exterior, lobby, and conservatory are beautiful however always crowded. I would say the lowest point was the housekeeping. 2 out of our 4 nights stay are room was unattended for cleaning service. Had to call housekeeping to take care of the issue.

We liked the many options for entertainment and dining. Exceptional service and cleanliness. We didn’t like the smoking in and around the casino area. Perhaps a smoke-free casino in the future?
