maid service was excellent, staff excellent. during check in was told i had a $150 food credit but check out did not reflect the credit.I contacted Bellagio about this and have had no response or explanation. Late night 24 hour snack food place had very limited items, food was greasy, not good menu. Buffett closed too early during the week.

Nice room with a fountain view. Would have been nice to have a couple of chairs at the table, rather than a chair and a stool. No slippers in the room and one of the robes had no tie - not major, just an observation. The self check in was not user friendly and many people had problems - or avoided it altogether. Also lots of issues with getting the room card to scan for the car park - but I don’t think we were alone there!! Property itself is lovely and has a great atmosphere. Majority of the staff very friendly and attentive, overall a great first visit - hope to be back.
