I have stayed twice and the first time was a year ago there was a general improvement all round I thought. However again the card system to open the door continues to be problematic. Fortunately late at night when I first arrived it was easy but several times to and from very light breakfast it was difficult. However the pressure in the shower was blissful.

Superb location - close to everything. A very comfortable stay and excellent, friendly service. We would definitely stay at The Point again.

Had a problem with room fridge but quickly resolved on request. Otherwise it was a pleasure to stay there.

Reception staff were very friendly. Room was simple and clean. Though I was not able to take advantage of it, there was an outdoor terrace that came with my room.

Great room, very clean with a basic gym on premise. Easy access to Queen Street and south bank

Absolutely loved the stay. Buffet breakfast was amazing and had all the different varieties. Swimming pool and spa was cleaned. Staffs were so helpful and kind.
