Great place!
Great spot with one of the best breakfasts o have had. It’s not too far from old town. The room was big and had everything we needed including a small table. The staff was amazingly friendly!

Good enough
Hotel is close to everything. Not walking distance for most but not far. Its on a busy traffic corner so may not be preferred for light sleepers. All in all the staff was super nice, room was clean, lot was well lit with plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent .

When we got to the hotel the room was not that nice, the ac was not good at all. But we went back to the front desk and they changed our room. The worker was very polite and helpful. The second room was much cleaner looking and the air worked great! The room was nice.

My water pipe broke and I needed a room for the night. When I went to my room, it looked unsafe. The worn couch had stains all over it and seemed dirty. The bed was extremely hard when I sat on it(like a wooden box). I took a shower and checked out.

Our first room looked and felt very clean, the floor was still freshly mopped. However the refrigerator and the air did not work. We mentioned it to the staff and was placed in a new room, this room was not as clean as the first one. The bathroom was clean but the floors and surrounding space were not. Neighbouring room slammed the doors a lot. Dogs barking at night from neighbouring rooms. Worst noise is there is a TRAIN that runs through the area and blows its whistle all through the night! My husband went to ask for something and a gentleman at the checkin counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He asked my husband if he was staying there and made the comment if they had it, it would be setting out for him to see

The employees were wonderful, the room was ok. You could tell the room was in need of a deeper clean than it regularly gets - dirt was accumulating and caked up in the corners on the floors.. the tv had a large scratch on it and the remote only worked for about 1/2 its buttons. The shower was great in terms of cleanliness and water pressure, but parts were falling off the hand rail. My main concern as a solo female traveler was that there was no additional lock on the door. Usually there's some type of manual lock above the key card access, but that wasn't the case. Normally I'm not a nervous person, but apparently that's something I need for peace of mind.

Calking around bathroom shower is old, cracked and mildewed. Water bugs in bathrooms. However on the plus side we were a family who booked 4 separate rooms. upon arrival we asked if we could have our rooms in close proximity of each other even though we had not previously indicated that request. Staff was very accommodating and after a short wait our rooms were ready. We appreciated that very much.

Overall great stay!
After an uneasy check in day, we had a wonderful time here. The room was huge. The AC was very cold! Tile floors were a plus with our dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Girls Weekend at the Flagler Inn
Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work all that great and didn’t work at all in one of the three rooms we booked for our girls trip. Three of the ladies had to relocate to a different hotel. One of the ladies got bit by something (grey bug) several times while in the room we had to vacate. I was given a full refund on the room we vacated and the gentleman at the counter was very nice about it. Apparently they have had complaints similar to ours. We found out when we checked in that if we had booked directly with the hotel we would have saved about $100 per room.
