The room was very nice. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner we had wasn't that great. Be aware the restaurant is closed on Tuesday evenings , so you must find somewhere local. We didn't find quality restaurants nearby.
This was an amazing hotel, rooms are spacious, staff are very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station but also a 20 minutes walk away from Shinjuku - I very much enjoyed my stay here, HIGHLY recommended.
This was such a great place to stay! The entire staff were professional kind and friendly. It’s close to the metro stations that made transport accessible. The meals offered for breakfast was superb. A great blend of Eastern and Western that makes the transition to Tokyo all the easier. The room was just right for me. Clean and kept clean. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. Super happy and satisfied.
Great location to catch subway and visit some sights. Shinjuku station just one subway stop away and great area for dining. Friendly staff and nice hotel with restaurant.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Clean, modern, great AC, loads of hot water with high pressure, firm beds.
Quiet night sleep every night
Super cute Halloween decorations in lobby.
Free Amenities bar in lobby with all products you make need!
Quieter part of town - 5 mins walks to metro, 20mins to Shinjuku.
7/11 in basement.
We did not have breakfast here.
Daisy bakery next door.
We got the limousine bus from the airport and got off at Hilton Hotel stop, then 5 mins walk to hotel from there.
Washing machine 500yen.
A very comfortable room, with plenty of amenities available in reception. The 7/11 on the basement was super useful. Slept very well and walking distance from Nishi Shinjuku station
We booked a junior suite and were given a room on the top floor. The room was large and open plan, except for the bathroom which had a very large walk-in shower and bath cubicle and twin sinks. The toilet was in a separate area.
Staff were friendly and stored our luggage for us as we arrived around 10:30 following an overnight flight and check-in before 14:00 was not available.
Despite being a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku, there were plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, as well as two restaurants in the hotel.
The hotel has the benefit of being close enough to Shinjuku to enjoy that experience, but constant noise and bustle. It is also close enough to transport links to easily navigate around Tokyo. It is also only a few minutes walk to a subway station with an elevator in a route that will take you to Tokyo station and the Shinkansen in 25 to 30 minutes. Handy if you are travelling around Japan by train
As a 3-star hotel, I’m generally impressed by the quality of their rooms and love their toiletries/amenities bar provided in their lobby. Hotel breakfast is also very substantial and yummy.
