룸컨디션 최악이었음 방에 바퀴벌레도 많고 세면대에서 냄새 올라옴 이불은 세탁을 언제 한건지 알수가 없을정도로 찐득거림 다시는 안갈듯

너무 만족하고 갑니다
아이3명, 성인2명에서 숙박했고 위치 다다미 구조 너무 만족했습니다. 특히 사장님께서 한국분이신데 너무친절 하십니다. 공항으로 가는 샌딩차량에 문제가 생겼지만 내일처럼 꼼꼼히 챙겨주셔서 잘 공항에 도착했습니다. 다음번에도 재방문 하기로 결심했습니다. 진짜 두번 세번 추천해요.

Very convenient location, as it’s a short walk from Shin-Okubo station (one stop away from Shinjuku Station), and surrounded by many restaurants and a few grocery stores. Seems to have a concentration of Chinese/Korean restaurants. Hotel rooms themselves are pretty aged/shabby, not a pretty stay but everything works (reliable air-con, which was particularly important for summer). We didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. TL;DR: slightly shabby hotel, recommended for the traveller that values convenience/value, who spends most of their time out anyway!
