We stayed in 6 different hotels during our 2 week trip to Japan and the Keio Plaza Hotel was the best! The customer service was next level. Can't say enough good things about the staff here! Room was immaculate, comfy, shower and tub was great. There was soooo many amenities, beautiful l’occitane body wash, conditioner shampoo and skin care products. Fantastic staff and excellent service from every staff member. The facilities were excellent and the room was cleaned to perfection. This is possibly my favourite hotel in the world. Location was suberb as well, within walking distance of Shinjuku without being too much in the centre. Public transport right next to the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay again.
