Overall the cleanliness of our room was not good, there were strains on the wall that looked like coffee. The Tv didn’t work for us and the onssen floor looked dirty. Would not come back here or recommend

The pictures from google do not do the hotel justice. Its is extremely nice, breakfast buffet is delicious and had many options available. Also the staff was really friendly.

Excellent Staffs! They are very helpful, friendly, professional. The rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The breakfast is also good. This hotel is only 2 stations away from Shinjuku ~ 5 minutes ride with JR, despite need a 5 minites walk from the JR Station, the road towards the hotel is very beautiful, wide and straight forward. Of course, if you choose Metro, it's literally right next to the station exit!

The room was very clean, comfortable and so quiet. The staff thought of everything guests would need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The shower and tub area was very spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Toyko Premier.

The property was well maintained and room design made v effective use of space unlike some other MGH properties Staff not as helpful as other hotels visited in Japan and the restaurant food was hugely over priced for the quality and standard. Italian bruschetta served on a brioche (French bread!!!) with cheap plastic ham Not in keeping with the MGH brand Will stay again but not eat there

This is a lovely hotel. The staff is so friendly. We were taking an Uber to Shinkansen. One of the staff members wrote a note for the driver in Japanese to drop us off at a certain entrance. The buffet and dinner are excellent. You must try it! It’s in a super quiet area away from the hustle and bustle ( which we liked). The train station is next door but you can’t hear it. They speak some English which was helpful for us. It was a very good stay. We were here Dec. 23-27th. 2024

The hotel is right across from the university & a stadium. Not much around the vicinity & you have to walk a lot to find some coffee shops. The hotel was busy with ONLY foreigners. We don’t even use the 2nd floor where they have a lounge (?) and bath area. ( not a spa) I asked one of the staff about a pizza place and took her forever to give me a map to explain. And when we walked over where she gave us vague directions ( we got lost on the way) it was closed.
