It may look like it’s on a quieter street but, we heard everything from the 6th floor. We were also next to their giant orange sign and it made it through the blackout curtains somehow. If you want to hear people puking and fighting this is the hotel for you. Also they say they have laundry service but you do have to pay (this is not the case at most hotels in Japan that advertise laundry, they often just have you pay for the dryer) my robe was dirty on arrival and the desk only gave us 1 key card and was very un accommodating in several other ways. Overall very walkable to downtown Shinjuku but are several APAs for the same price, I would recommend that instead.

Decent little place

The hotel room is small which was what we needed. A place to sleep. The only thing I did not like was the step up to the bathroom. For older people this might be all issue.

You have to be realistic with the hotel. Rooms are extremely small. Having a big luggage also meant I have to tiptoe around the room. If you just want a place to sleep for a night, that’s fine. But don’t expect extra legroom. Service and breakfast are exceptional.

It was everything I needed! Space was small but as expected, no issue tho, I just needed a place to shower and sleep. I don’t spend much time in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and was able to communicate in English effectively.

Convenient Travelers Hotel

This is a well maintained property with mostly friendly service (its an auto-mated Kiosk type checkin and checkout process, so not so much personal interaction). The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities (tea pot, cups, and such by request). Nice TV with ability to 'cast' from your phone, so you can watch content in your choice of language. Nicely located with ability to walk to multiple konbini's (convenience store) and small eateries. I had no issues over my 4 night stay.

Very convenient location with lots of dining options around the area. Very walkable to different train lines. We were on the lower floor but the room remained quiet even with the hustle and bustle outside.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The staff were beyond helpful and kind. The breakfast is WORTH IT to say the very least. It had something for everyone to enjoy and we did not have one single "bad" bite. I would say, it is very very loud at night. It has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area around it being one with a lively night life. We were often awoken at 2-5 am when the trains were not running. If you are not apart of the night life it may disturb you as it did us. However, I would still stay here again in the future. The room was small compared to American hotel rooms but it held us and our large luggage just fine. The amenities were above and beyond expectation. The room came with two water bottles, two tooth brushes with toothpaste, a razor, shaving cream, and two exfoliating wash cloths (which all were replaced every other day.) Side note/tip: Let them clean your room at least once every two days, it only takes 30 minutes between 10 am - 12 pm and it will make them feel better.

We had a good stay at the Premier Cabin Hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) to Kabukicho street and the famous Godzilla head. It was a bit of a walk to the station entrances we needed, but it wasn’t a big issue. The staff were polite, respectful, and spoke English. They also helped us with arranging luggage transfers to our next hotel and sending some luggage directly to the airport, which was much appreciated. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a solid choice for our stay, and I’d definitely consider booking with them again for a future visit. Thank you!
