Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and amenities were available in the lobby. Location is great- close to shopping and the train station. I would definitely stay here again

A bit of walk from Shinjuku station, but the staff was kind, the room was clean, and a decent size for the middle of Tokyo. My sister really liked the hotel as well. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great for late night checking in. Having things automated meant we can check in after a late flight. Though you had to fill in all the extra details again even though already online booked and paid but still it wasn’t too hard. Room is efficient, small but maximises without losing out of the comforts of a good toilet, bed and table. Great amenities to pick up downstairs, including a razor! Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Right around the corner of a Lawson is always great.
