Room was quite small even for only two people, but I understand that this is the average you can expect from a hotel in Tokyo. We didn't get to try the breakfast but overall our experience was great at the property! The location was incredible and the highlight of this stay.

Excellent staff. Nice hotel with some amenities. There is a smoking room by the front door that you can smell cigarette smoke. It’d be better if it were tucked somewhere in the back. Excellent house keeping.

Great place to stay in heart of Shinjuku. Walkable everywhere you wish (15min to station) Clean with everything you need available. Laundromats available on few floors if needed. Breakfast was very good and fulfilling. Highly recommended!
