A beautiful well cared for hotel. the staff were very helpful and courteous. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful decor and the lovely room and bedding quality. the aroma/ scent along the corridor to my room was fresh and clean. A very nice touch to have Easter bunny biscuits on Good Friday in the foyer. 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Park gate ideally positioned in the centre gives you many places to dine or drink. If there was one minus it was the hot food side of the breakfast.The plates were cold and the food in the tureens were left to become empty before refilling. The sausages seemed to have been cooked hours earlier, the rest was equally cold just not good enough for that standard of hotel.

Nice tidy room. Lovely reception area and easy check in. Very easy and central location. Room was quite a distance from the lobby but not a problem for us.

Great room. Amazing hotel and location for trip to Cardiff utillia arerna. The room is big and very clean. Can’t fault the hotel. We were given instructions to get to the arena which were spot on.
