Hotel Bristol offers exceptional accommodation for both short and long stays. It upholds the high standards you would expect from the hotel brand. The rooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable, We did encounter issues with parking out large 4x4 the carpark next door is only ideal for small-midsize cars. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Bristol to any traveller it is exceptional.

Hotel room was lovely, comfy bed and breakfast was really well set up. Although bathroom was clean, it was very tired and the bath panel was coming away and also the counter top of the sink and I could see black mould under both. Single use toiletires in the bathroom not very sustainable. The biggest downside of the stay was the noise - both from outside (loud music and street noise) and inside (people noisy in the corridors late at night) and the room was not adequately sound proofed for this. I travel a lot for work and this is the noisiest hotel I have stayed in for a long time.

We had an average stay. Parking was great as was next door and only £16 for the night. However it was very noisy with music at night, and also the pillows were awful! I didn’t sleep well at all.

A really nice hotel that feels quite special. not modern but classy.... the room style is a little old-fashioned but i guess it could be seen as part of its charm....bar and restaurant area is VERY nice....Staff are exemplary. also a good breakfast, which is becoming rare in hotels

Hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants, bars and activities in short walking distance. The car park is convenient, literally next door with direct access from each floor. My room was comfortable, but quite small for the price. Noise insulation wasn’t great, lots of street noise and I could hear every word from the TV in the next room.

The location is great and the hotel's facilities are fine, but I was given a TINY room (no 421). There was no cupboard space, I had to squeeze along a wall to get into bed, and the bathroom was so cramped that I had to choreograph an elaborate move to enter it, turn round and/or get into the shower. My complaint about this was met with the disinterested and dismissive response that this was "a standard room". I was exceptionally disappointed.

Great hotel for families and couples
Lovely welcome even though reception was really busy booking in a large party. Birthday gift was a great surprise and started weekend celebrations off perfectly. Everywhere in the hotel was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast isn't cheap but is good quality with a wide variety of food and excellent service. Parking is very convenient and they have improved security since our last stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families as its location is perfect to access the best of Bristol's attractions.
