A great hotel in a very central location. Friendly staff, lovely room, and excellent breakfast with big range of options.

Lovely one night stay. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the piano man entertainment immensely in the Merlin bar. Nice relaxed space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Such a beautiful hotel, it felt very luxurious. The room was spotlessly clean and we were lucky enough to have a great view of the stadium. We couldn’t fault the helpfulness of the friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. Such a varied amount of choice. Looking forward to our next visit. Diolch!
