Overall it was a nice stay
You are understaffed. There was only 1 person at the front desk handling phone calls and checking. I called three times to request a shuttle from the airport and was put on hold each time and waited more than 3 minutes. I called a fourth time and no one answered the phone. I was lucky that a shuttle did come to my airline area to pick up other people (who didn’t show up). Not a good beginning. The front desk has that one person and she was very nice. She told me that an only an accessible bedroom suite was available but managed to find a standard studio since I didn’t want an accessible room. The room was a nice size for 1 person and clean, I enjoyed it. The breakfast was sufficient. It offered eggs and a meat but no potato. The turkey sausage was inedible, you should use another brand. I liked that you had fresh fruit, waffles, OJ and Apple juice, cereals, muffins, toppings, and hot beverages. There is something wrong with your coffee containers because it doesn’t keep the coffee hot. It was lukewarm. The place is convenient to the airport, the staff from the shuttle driver to checkin and breakfast were nice, the room was clean, good size and nicely appointed. It just needed a couple of tweaks.

The pictures online did not justify the hotel. It was Not what I expected. It was dirty and not up to date. There was a vehicle jack holding up the vanity in the bathroom. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially staying at owned by Marriott.

Excellent stay. Even though we were visiting theme parks we chose to stay near the airport. The area has easy access to highways and plenty of shopping and dining options within a 5 minute walk. Even though we read that parking was $20 a day we weren't charged. Perhaps this was because it wasn't the busiest time of year. Room was fine. In weekends it's busier so maybe get a room that does not face the pool. It's open til 10pm and can be rowdy. The pool is heated. Breakfast is functional. No bread for toast Monday to Friday. Weird. Staff are very very helpful.

The property is in need of significant upgrades. The carpets were torn, and overall, it seemed poorly maintained. The elevator had sticky buttons, likely from a spilled drink, and they were not cleaned during our two-night stay. The only positive aspect was the size of the room. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep overshadowed any potential comfort.

Hotel was clean and the outdoor pool was good. However some bright spark put a flood lit basketball pitch right beside the bedroom windows! 3 guys were playing hoops until after midnight. I phoned the front desk and he complained the only security guy was over at the Holiday Inn. I would steer clear if you need your sleep!
