Great location for T5

This was a sort overnight stay for connecting flights. Was excellent place, staff friendly and professional. Room was outstanding.

Staff members that checked me in was supper helpful. I asked for a wakeup call for 5am and this was followed through perfectly. Directions were given perfectly. Great staff.

This is THE hotel to stay at, if you have an early flight out of Term 2 or 3. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you stay in the "outer" hotels you have other expenses, and the hassle/ uncertainty/ wasted time of getting from or to your hotel Hotel itself: First class. Good in house restaurant. Rooftop cocktail bar. Morning buffet- wide choice, good food. Ignore Expedia's confusing breakfast "options"- The less expensive one gives you everything. If arriving at airport by car, the hotel has its own entrance- don't pay for the terminal drop off. Easy walk, not out in the elements, to/ from tube station in Term 2. I imagine Terminal 5 also has a very close hotel... but I'd still stay at Hilton Garden. Take care to get RIGHT "Hilton" "at" Heathrow. You want the one AT to Terminal 2/3. "Hilton Garden Inn"

Fresh hotel looks recently refurbished Large comfortable room Very quiet Very comfy bed and pillows and effective blackout curtains Fabulous breakfast! Great selection of teas and hot drinks! Great food Very close to Heathrow Use either free hotel bus hoppa service or regular buses run until late from central bus area outside T 2/3 - minutes down the road but not walkable Staff very friendly and helpful Will definitely use again when using Heathrow 🙂

Overnight stay before early morning flight Check in we were met with jolly helpful receptionist. Food in Ali cart restaurant was superb , best fillet steak! Looking forward to our next stay
