Conveniently located near the bus stop to go to Heathrow. The bar/restaurant area was still playing Christmas music which, on 29th December we found very irritating!

No shuttle
Stayed for one night before returning to United States. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Very long hallways and walk from reception to room. Could be hard for low mobility. Did not find the pub very friendly. They have the monorail to terminal 5 only. I ended up taking an Uber to my terminal.

The Heathrow Pod was brilliant! So much better than trying to walk or get a taxi to go 5 minutes - you would get lynched. The unimpressive thing was pulling back the doona to find a piece of chewing gum ironed into yje undersheet.

Comfortable, but dated rooms
Hotel is comfortable, with a nice bar, however the rooms are a little dated and could do with modernising. Fantastic for pre flight stays, and the pod cars to the airport are a brilliant addition.

Arrived at hotel very old dirty room heater did not work usb sockets did not work hotel was absolutely freezing guests are paying good money but no heating on in the hotel plus in room heater broke worst hotel ever
