VERY convenient to Heathrow. Less than a block from bus stops coming and going from Heathrow. My room was hardly bigger than the bed, but just fine for overnight before morning flight.

Close to the airport and a convenience store was next door. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. It looked like someone had spilled a coffe or tea on the carpet. They may have no noticed due to the pattern in the carpet. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy.

Bed was extremely hard. The mattress looked like it was a cheap commercial grade with gray and white stripes. It sat on wooden slats and was covered by a thin mattress topper. It was only a step or two up from sleeping on concrete. The front desk also told me that they would schedule a taxi to take me to the airport. However, once we were on our way, I realized it wasn’t a taxi and it didn’t have a meter. I don’t know how the price I paid compared to what a metered cab ride would have cost, but there was no way to argue over it in the moment.

The hairdryer and extra pillows were on a shelf over 6 ft high. I'm 5ft and trying to get them was a difficult thing to achieve. Not user friendly.

Room is very small but clean. Bathroom is very nice. If you have a chance, take the bus to Windsor. Definitely worth the trip and admission fee.

The good of this place is that- you can use public transport to get there from LHR and it only costs you a couple of pounds- that is where the good ends. The heat in the room I was assigned was not working. There was no phone in the room so I had to go down to the lobby and ask the manager for help. His solution was to give me a space heater for the night. I said I would have preferred a different room. It took them a good while to provide me with a different room. The room was freezing when I entered, but at least the heat was working. The carpet looked like someone had been sick on it and there were hairs on the pillows. The hotel is in a very isolated area and you will need to order in or take a taxi to eat because the ‘restaurant’ closes early and it has really limited choices.

Good for the price
Clean, comfortable for a night. 20 pound taxi or 6.50 per person for hotel hoppa shuttle. Note, there are 3 IBIS hotels on Bath street. Our confirm did not say Ibis Styles. Hoppa dropped us at one and then we had 15 minute walk to get to correct hotel. Be sure you note exact name, not just IBIS Heathrow like booking shows.

The Ibis Styles is a great hotel for the 1 night layover. The rooms are small but quite adequate - great shower! One of 2 elevators was out of order which made for long waits since the elevators are small besides. One person or 2 people with luggage is it per ride. Restaurant food and breakfast buffet were very good. It was irritating that no reception staff could offer any info on the Hoppabus which has to be a commonly used method of transport given the hotel location, which we would not have chosen if the Hoppabus didn't stop there. How can you not know the schedule if it serves your guests?? Dropped a point for customer service lacking.
